TV powers on and displays a bright picture. VCR, inputs and buttons works great. Screen exhibits slowly rolling horizontal bands and the unit produces a high-pitched electronic buzz that decreases as it warms up. No burning smell or overheating observed. Likely needs service due to age. Remote not included.
