Open box as shown returned by buyer and I believe it was registered so you’ll have to call the company to get it re-registered to you. As you can see it’s never been used but also please check the pic of the slight paint mishap as the some of it was removed on top of the mower. All accessories and parts are there as shown. I also don’t ship to some states like Hawaii and California so please let me know where you’re at before buying.
