This is a used 2021 Roku. New apps might not work on it. Remote (with battery) and charger are included but it does not include HDMI cable or the earbuds. The device works. I'm not sure if the $5 redbox code that comes with the Roku has been used or not. The remote has wear and tear and the color of the OK button has completely faded. Other than the aesthetics, the remote works fine.
