TV powers on and all buttons appear to be working, but the VCR tray does not accept a tape so that will need to be fixed. No additional testing has been done. TV does have some surface scratches/markings and will need a good cleaning. TV does not come with: -remote -user manual -original packaging -any other additional cables/accessories Selling TV as-is. Buyer assumes all other responsibility.
