Tandy Model 200 RAM Expansion, 24k Memory Upgrade Module, T200

These are new manufacture with modern components, not the old power hogs that Tandy and others were making back in the 1980s. I have quite a collection of Tandy 200s and the RAM is hard to find. When you can find it, it kills your battery life.
