Remote, speakers, other cords, transceiver card are all NOT included. It was tested and powers on and plays DVDs and blu rays great, picture and sound are perfect. there's a small rattle inside the console, like a small piece of plastic broke loose, but it doesn't affect functions or anything cause again all the functions were tested and everything works fine.
