This camera takes pictures and the flash works. The protective cover on the lens does not completely close when turning camera off. Also, when you fully zoom out, the camera asks you to turn the camera off and then back on to reset it. There are scratches on the camera due from years of usage. This camera does come with a memory stick. This camera needs 2 AA batteries.
