The item is a Seagate circuit board for connection to any SATA HDD/SSD. The drive can then be connected to any USB port for speeds in excess of 400 MB/sec (when coupled with a solid state drive). The PCB is bus-powered using a USB 3.0 micro-B cable (not included).
