hello, I bought this new in July 2026. The phone was exposed to a small amount of water for about 30 minutes and the touch screen has become unresponsive. the other phone functions appeared to be functioning prior to being unable to use the phone. I have been unsuccessful in getting this factory reset by using the hard keys. I would ask that you factory reset the phone after repairing the touch screen. shipping from MN.
