item is listed as new open box due to the item coming off of a new pressure washer that came out of the box. the item was tested prior to disassemble to make sure there were not any factory defects. the item is just the replacement water pump and has the no. 0610211462 on the pump. see pictures for more details on the item and what you will be getting.
