Pny RTX 5080 powers on but will not post. The GPU is detected by the motherboard but will not display. The GPU is non functional and will not post or display this board is for PARTS OR REPAIR ONLY IT IS NOT EXPECTED TO WORK. The GPU CORE AND MEMORY ARE PRESENT. No returns accepted!
