This is tested working. This comes with the TV only. The VCR works fine. The FM radio works fine. The TV itself works fine. The picture looks pretty good to me, but you may want to make some adjustments. The PROG TIMER light does flash. I believe you can turn this off if you have a remote. Switching to the AV composite input can be done using the buttons on the front and digging into the menu settings, however it may be easier if you use a remote. The TV is a little dusty from previous use. This is used so there is some wear and scratches on the item. Check pictures above.
