PCI_E3 & M.2_5 share the bandwidth. PCI_E3 will be disabled when installing device in the M.2_5 slot. You can enable PCI_E3 slot in the BIOS, but this will disable the M.2_5 slot. M.2_5 & PCI_E3 share the bandwidth.
