Good pre-owned condition. Some scratches/marks. See photos. Tested and working. *The Hdmi port is sensitive if you touch it. It works fine but if you touch it the screen goes black and you have to wait a few seconds for the picture to show back up on screen. If you don't touch the hdmi it works fine. No batteries included.
