Magnavox DV220MW9 VCR DVD Combo No remote or cords included. PARTS OR REPAIR VHS/DVD. The DVD player works perfectly. The VHS player will work intermittently but usually when a tape is inserted, the gears will engage and then the tape stops and the unit turns off. Rewind and fast forward functions work well. I removed the top cover and the unit is very clean inside, gears move nicely, the head moves nicely. Unsure of what the problem is. Sometimes the tape will play just fine as shown in the video
