I have the 4 screws for the monitor arm mounting, but just 3 spacers. 1 got lost during my recent move. One issue I had occasionally with this tv was when connecting via hdmi to my pc. When this happens, I was forced to restart the pc or reinsert the hdmi to fix the issue.
