It comes with just the lawn mower, and does not come with a battery or a charger. The box may be opened to remove the battery and charger, but the lawn mower is brand new and never used. Local pickup is available. There are no returns. Being as this is a very big item, I can only ship to the lower 48. Feel free to message me with any questions.
