Thus, in order to process or package it, it is often heated, but heat (even mild) destroys the delicate thermolabile substances, among which are the precious enzymes of freshly extracted virgin honey (the best known of these is glucose oxidase). For RIPARAmiel, only freshly extracted organic virgin honey has been used, which, still being fluid, does not need any heat to be essere mixed with essential oils and packaged.
