Digital Labs 9 inch portable digital tv for parts, not working. I bought it at a second-hand store on a chance that it'd work, but alas, it doesn't work. I plugged it in with a compatible ac adapter, and It seems to power on but no picture or sound. Other than that, the case looks to be in good shape. As stated, it's AS-IS FOR PARTS ONLY. I did a search on eBay for a similar one but few came up.
