Less than 6 months old. Purchased brand new on 2/18/26. Did not use much before it quit working after using in misty conditions by the ocean. Canon found evidence of water internally and therefore would not cover it under warranty. When you turn it on the lens still zooms in and out fine the only thing that doesn't work is that the screen doesn't turn on.
