I am not sure what the issue is, but I cannot get it to charge. I don't know if I have the wrong charger. It didn't come with one. I am disabled and I can't see as well as I used to. Even if it did work I don't have any use for it. It was a gift. I'm selling for parts or repair because I can't get the darn thing to work and wouldn't use it if it did.
