Used but works prefect only thing that might bother is fan noise but I’ve always had headphones on gaming it’s a ryzen 5 3550h with a Gtx 1650 and 32gb of ram with a 256gb ssd it’s been worked on due to a failed ram stick after two years of use but it runs perfectly fine still great despite its age
